HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

  • What are you using day to day? I’d love to talk this through during your consultation, to use my expertise to discuss if there’s any shifts that can support your skin better - so we can achieve the skin of your dreams.

  • You’re allowing me to pamper you, and don’t want to waste any of your precious appointment time on me doing anything you could have done at home. I’m here to give you a truly special experience.

  • Turn your phone off. Take a breath. Step away from the world for a while.

WHAT TO EXPECT

There will be variations between which rituals you book, and bespoke additions, because you are unique… but you can always expect the following:

I talk with you about how you feel, not just about your skin, but your wellness in general, and whether you have a self-care ritual that works for you.

And when you’re ready, you make yourself comfortable in a warm bed of soft muslin and linen, and start to switch off from the outside world.

Everything I do is based around massage and healing, so you can drift off while I use bespoke slow-crafted infused skincare to work its magic. 

I start to soothe away any aches and pains with head, neck and shoulder massage.
We then heal and transform with LED light, as I massage your feet and lower legs (or hands and arms if that’s more comfortable for you).


By the time I get to the sculptural facial massage, which lifts and shifts away any heaviness and tension, you’ll be in a truly softened place of rest.
And if you feel you need an energetic shift or deepened healing, then we can infuse reiki into your time with me.
